Saravá is a Brazilian Jazz Quartet that combines the Brazilian songbook with an American jazz sensibility. The group visits different corners of Brazilian music, including bossa nova and samba, as well as styles from the Brazilian Northeast. The group also takes some of the American songbook on a trip to Brazil. The pairing of Brazilian grooves with instrumental improvisation makes the Saravá musical experience both lively and intriguing. And it just might get you dancing.
